STRALFA LLC · LEGAL

Terms of Use

Effective November 3, 2026 · Last updated November 3, 2026

These Terms govern your use of stralfa.com and its account portal, operated by Stralfa LLC (“Stralfa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before using the service.

Terms of UsePrivacy Policy

1. Scope and acceptance

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the website.

These Terms cover the website and account-viewing functionality. They do not replace a separate signed agreement concerning an underlying financial account or another service. If a separate agreement applies, it governs that service where its provisions conflict with these Terms.

2. What the service currently provides

Stralfa provides public information and an invitation-only portal where authorized members can view an assigned account's balance, available funds, and related information. Administrators manage access and account assignments.

The current website does not submit trade orders, process deposits or withdrawals, or accept payments. Previews contain illustrative data and are not live account statements or evidence of investment performance. Planned features may change or may not become available. Additional services, fees, eligibility requirements, and agreements will be disclosed before those services are offered.

3. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement to use the member portal. You may access only the account assigned to you, using an email address you control and are authorized to use. Availability is subject to applicable law and any restrictions governing the underlying account.

Keep your email account, device, sign-in links, and session secure. Do not forward sign-in links, share access, impersonate someone else, or attempt to view another member's information. Sign out on shared devices and notify us at legal@stralfa.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your own misuse of the service; these Terms do not make you responsible for failures attributable to us where applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Financial information and risk

Content and account displays are provided for information. They are not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell an instrument, or a promise of returns. Access to this website alone does not establish an investment-advisory, brokerage, or custody relationship.

Financial markets involve risk, including loss of capital. An unleveraged approach does not eliminate that risk. References to markets or future trading features do not constitute an offer of a financial product in a jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

Account figures come from connected systems and may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Confirm material information with the relevant account provider and applicable account documents before making a financial decision. A balance shown on the website is not a guarantee of funds available for withdrawal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that infringes another person's rights.
  • Bypass access controls, probe for another member's data, or interfere with security or availability.
  • Introduce malware, overload the service, or conduct unauthorized automated collection of private account information.
  • Misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or ownership of an account.
  • Copy or redistribute private account data without authorization.

These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law expressly grants and does not allow us to restrict. Report a suspected vulnerability privately to legal@stralfa.com, without accessing or exposing other people's information.

6. Content and intellectual property

Stralfa and its licensors retain rights in the website's branding, design, software, and original content. Subject to these Terms, you may access the service for your authorized personal or internal business use. You may retain copies of information you are entitled to access for your own records. No ownership of Stralfa's intellectual property transfers to you. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses.

7. Third-party services and links

The website relies on hosting, account-data, and email service providers. We do not control their availability or all of their operations. Links to social platforms and other external websites are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of third-party content.

8. Availability, changes, and suspension

We may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue parts of the website. We may suspend or revoke access when an invitation or account assignment ends, these Terms are violated, security is at risk, or law requires it. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will provide notice of a material service restriction. You may stop using the service and request closure of your portal access by contacting us.

Ending portal access does not by itself close an underlying financial account or delete all records. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion requests.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free information, or any financial outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Stralfa LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the website, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or interruption of business. This exclusion does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable consumer protections or rights under applicable securities or other financial-services laws.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Illinois law, without applying conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Unless applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes concerning these Terms or the website may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and the parties consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

You may contact legal@stralfa.com to try to resolve a concern informally. Doing so is not a prerequisite to exercising a legal right and does not shorten any filing deadline. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to participate in a class action.

11. Updates and general provisions

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be brought to users' attention through a prominent website notice or other appropriate communication, and we will seek agreement where required by law. Changes will not apply retroactively to an existing dispute.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and any applicable separate agreement govern the relevant use of the service.
